北海道在住のプロデューサー、トラックメーカー、グラフィックデザイナー。90年代後半よりDJとして活動、00年から札幌CLUB GHETTOにてレギュラーイベントILLSOUNDを主宰し、ヒップホップグループILLSOUND CREWでラップアーティストZOIDとして活動。2017年よりレーベル『Cripta Many Layers』を設立。新名義NOKTURNO(ノクターノ)としてアブストラクト、ブレイクビーツ、エレクトロニック、IDMなど異彩を放つ楽曲を制作。 2017年に米国マイアミよりリリースされたコンピレーション・アルバム『Pi-LAS / Infiltrate 18.0』にNOKTURNO,JRGURUPUとして楽曲を提供、同年、ファーストアルバム『Midnight Expo』をリリース。5月にはマイアミのLa Santisima 死とユニットを組み『ＹＥＭＡＹＡ』を結成、アルバム『mother birth』を発表。さらにJRGURUPUのアルバム『1995』『EF66 119』『315』にも楽曲を多数提供。同年7月にNOKTURNO 2ndアルバム『Uncontrollable』をリリース。
2017年12月 英国のアーティスト"VID.NAS"のリミックスアルバム『Machine City』に楽曲 『Nokturno / Ghost tech Nippon』を提供。
2018年4月にNOKTURNO 3rdアルバム『9Pointz Hunt』をリリース。
BandcampやSNSからも反響は拡大し、ニューヨークを中心に世界へ発信するオンラインメディア『BTRtoday』の番組『GLITCH IDM with DJ SKYMALL 』(Apple iTunes Podcast)にもピックアップされている。
発売されるCDやカセットテープのアートワークはBeta bodega CoalitionのLa mano Friaが手掛け、アート作品としてもクオリティの高い仕上がりになっている。
